【目的】
To investigate the efficacy and safety of autologous bone marrow cell infusion therapy to patients with cirrhosis caused by hepatitis C virus.
【選択規準】
(1) Cirrhosis caused by hepatitis C virus
(2) Cases of patients with a Child-Pugh score of 7 or higher (Child-Pugh B) at two time points separated by 90 days or longer, and those for whom it is not expected that symptoms will improve with current internal medicine therapy.
(3) Cases of patients aged 20 to 75 years, inclusive
(4) Cases from whom it is possible to obtain informed consent, and from whom consent to participate in the study is obtained
【主要評価項目】
The proportion of cases with an improvement in Child-Pugh score by 1 point or more in Week 24 after cell infusion for the Cell Infusion group, and in Week 24 after registration for the Standard Treatment group.
